Susie Duncan is a Criminal Defence Solicitor at Hamer Childs and was admitted in 1995.
Susie qualified with Morton Fisher Solicitors in Kidderminster and has also been a partner at Duncan Kenney Solicitors in Worcester.
Since 1995 Susie has regularly represented clients in the Police Station, Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court in respect of all manner of criminal law offences. Examples of instructions include, murder, sexual offences, offences against children, serious drug offences, assisted suicides and importation of veterinary medicines.
Susie has particular expertise in representing people in connection with benefit fraud matters, and, often receives referrals to represent vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals.
Susie obtained a History BA (Hons) Degree at the University of Kent and she later obtained a LLB (Hons) Degree at the University of Central England. Susie also wrote a dissertation on domestic violence and sought the opinions of leading politicians and Judges on a proposed definition of domestic violence.
Susie’s main interests outside of her busy working life are her children, her passion for sport (both participating and spectating), and her love for travel and experiencing new cultures.
